What quality tests do you perform?

Through sample develoment phase, sample making process, mass production until shipment, CN EVA CASE will carry out strict quality inspections through the whole product life cycle, including:

• Surface and inside materials: color fastness test, rubbing test, REACH and RoHS

• EVA material: thickness, density, hardness, REACH and RoHS

• Case size check: +/-3mm tolerance

• Zipper durability tests: should be smooth and straight, close and open the zipper for 30 rounds

• Zipper's salty test: should be PASSED

• Logo branding's test: clear and smooth, rubbing test (20 rounds), 3M tape test (3 times and evaluate)

• Foam insert fitting: +/-3mm tolerance

• Drop and shock resistance testing: 6 sides, drop from 1.0 meter hight and evaluate the situation of inside product
